Cap and Gown Orders

Herff Jones Company will be the supplier of regalia for December 2008 graduation. Students may meet with the representative from Herff Jones on October 6, 2008 in the Campus Bookstore between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm. You will be able to order cap, gown, and hood directly from the representative. Graduate hoods are a part of the regalia for master and specialist degrees. The color of the hood represents your degree speciality. Cap and Gown orders may also be placed online. Go to the GSW page and click on information for Graduates between October 6 -- October 30, 2008.

The cost of the Cap and Gown is included in your graduation fee. Cap and Gown regalia will be sent to the Campus Bookstore and may be picked up between December 1 - December 13, 2008 during regular store hours.

Deadline to order cap and gown on-line is October 30, 2008. For those students who do not pre-order caps and gowns, the Bookstore will have a very limited number of caps and gowns in limited sizes. To insure a proper fit, you should order from the representative on October 6, 2008 or on-line before October 30, 2008.

Graduation Announcements (personalized)

Personalized announcements may be ordered from the Herff Jones representative on October 6, 2008 between 12:00 noon - 3:00pm in the Campus Bookstore or ordered online until October 30, 2008. Orders for announcements may be charged to credit card, debit card, or payable money order. Orders will be delivered directly to the address you provide.
